At Boxed Wonders, our goal is to bring joy and surprise straight to your doorstep. Because blind boxes are designed as mystery items, part of their value comes from the excitement of not knowing what’s inside. For this reason, we have a few guidelines around returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Opened Blind Boxes: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened blind boxes, as the surprise element is the main feature of the product.

Unopened Items: Unopened blind boxes or confirmed boxes may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our end (e.g., incorrect or defective product shipped).

Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
