  1. What is a blind box? A blind box is a mystery box that contains a surprise item inside. You won’t know which figure, toy, or collectible you’ve received until you open it—half the fun is in the surprise!

  2. What kinds of items come in your blind boxes? Our boxes feature toys, collectibles, and fun surprises from popular series, artists, and unique finds. Each box is curated to bring joy and wonder.

  3. Are the items inside random, or can I choose? The contents are random, which makes each unboxing exciting! Some series include rare or special editions that you might be lucky enough to find.

  4. Are blind boxes suitable for all ages? Most are designed for ages 15+, but some are safe for younger collectors. Please check the product details for age recommendations.

  5. Are the blind boxes authentic? Yes, our blind boxes are authentic. We partner with multiple trusted suppliers to ensure our customers always have access to the latest, most popular products at fair and competitive prices. Our suppliers are vetted by us before we make our purchases.

  6. Do you offer full cases? If you are interested in purchasing a full case, please email us at BoxedwondersUSA@gmail.com. If we have it available, we can certainly send you a full case of a product series. At this time, we are still expanding our inventory and would like to add full cases as an option on the site in the near future.

Ordering & Pricing

  1. Can I return or exchange a blind box if I don’t like what’s inside? Because blind boxes are sold as surprises, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for opened items. However, unopened boxes may be eligible for return—please see our return policy for details.

  2. Do you price-match with competitors? At this time, we don’t offer price matching, but we work hard to keep our prices fair and competitive.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship out from Minnesota.

  2. Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we only ship within the United States. As a growing small business, we’re starting close to home—but it’s our dream to ship worldwide in the future! Stay tuned as we expand.

  3. How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We also occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

  4. How is my order packaged to ensure it arrives safely? We take extra care when packaging to protect your items during transit, so they arrive safe and ready to unbox.

 

Collecting & Trading

  1. What happens if I get duplicates? Duplicates are part of the mystery experience. Many collectors trade extras with friends or other collectors to complete their sets. For select items, we offer confirmed boxes—perfect for those who prefer to skip the surprise, avoid duplicates, and get exactly the figure or item they’re looking for without buying multiple boxes.

  2. How do I know if I received a rare or special edition item? Each blind box series includes details about which figures are considered rare or special. Check the packaging insert to see if you got a lucky pull!

 

Payment & Policies

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

  2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  3. What is your return and refund policy? Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days. Opened blind boxes cannot be returned, since the surprise is part of the product. Please see our full return policy for details. Any major defects in items will also be taken into consideration. Please make sure to take a video of the unboxing and attach it to the email.
